Presentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estudi a l&#8217;ETHB el proper dijous 23 d&#8217;octubre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El proper dijous 23 d&#8217;octubre tindr\u00e0 lloc a l&#8217;Institut Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona (EHTB) la presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estudi de la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3: \u201cEls sectors econ\u00f2mics emergents i la Formaci\u00f3 Professional a la Regi\u00f3 Metropolitana de Barcelona\u201d, centrat en el sector gastron\u00f2mic, realitzat per la Fundaci\u00f3 BCN Formaci\u00f3 Professional i impulsat per l&#8217;\u00c0rea Metropolitana de Barcelona i l&#8217;Ajuntament de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu de la publicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s valorar l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oferta de formaci\u00f3 professional a les transformacions i tend\u00e8ncies de les ocupacions principals d\u2019aquest sector. A partir dels resultats de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi dels continguts formatius de l\u2019oferta formativa professional vinculada a la gastronomia i les compet\u00e8ncies professionals requerides en el mercat de treball, es proposa un seguit de l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 per adaptar i millorar la resposta del sistema de formaci\u00f3 professional a les necessitats del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROGRAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10:00 Benvinguda <\/strong> &#8211; Sra.
