Ara b\u00e9, la reivindicaci\u00f3 d\u2019una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, sostenible i saborosa ha fet que en paral\u00b7lel s&#8217;hagin multiplicat les petites iniciatives que recuperen varietats antigues d\u2019hortalisses, entre les quals, el tom\u00e0quet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.amb.cat\/alimentaciometropolitana\/2021\/08\/13\/collserola-posa-a-taula-els-seus-aliments-de-marca-de-garantia\/\">tom\u00e0quet mand\u00f3 de Collserola<\/a>, el de penjar bombeta de Cervell\u00f3 o el de penjar de Molins de Rei s\u00f3n algunes de les varietats locals recuperades que actualment creixen al territori metropolit\u00e0.
