
 







{"id":1974,"date":"2021-12-09T10:20:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-09T10:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.amb.cat\/bicicleta\/?p=1974"},"modified":"2021-12-21T13:38:10","modified_gmt":"2021-12-21T13:38:10","slug":"fent-xarxa-a-la-ciclologistica-amb-el-projecte-hallo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.amb.cat\/bicicleta\/ca\/2021\/12\/09\/fent-xarxa-a-la-ciclologistica-amb-el-projecte-hallo\/","title":{"rendered":"Fent xarxa ciclolog\u00edstica amb el projecte HALLO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El projecte HALLO <em>(hubs for last mile delivery solutions<\/em>), finan\u00e7at per l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiturbanmobility.eu\/\">EIT Urban Mobility<\/a> i previst entre l\u2019abril del 2021 i el mar\u00e7 del 2022, t\u00e9 per objectiu principal promoure la creaci\u00f3 de centres log\u00edstics per a solucions urbanes m\u00e9s sostenibles de lliuraments d&#8217;\u00faltim quil\u00f2metre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amb.cat\">\u00c0rea Metropolitana de Barcelona<\/a> coordina un consorci en qu\u00e8 participen cinc socis europeus m\u00e9s: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/en\">KTH Royal Institute of Technology<\/a>, la ciutat d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/international.stockholm.se\/\">Estocolm<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cimne.com\/\">CIMNE<\/a> (UPC), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gateways.amsterdam\">Gateways<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanapedal.eu\/ca\/\">Vanapedal<\/a>. Es preveuen dues proves pilot: una a la metr\u00f2polis Barcelona i l\u2019altra a la ciutat d\u2019Estocolm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3 de diverses restriccions d\u2019acc\u00e9s de vehicles contaminants a grans ciutats a causa de la contaminaci\u00f3 i la congesti\u00f3 \u00e9s l\u2019origen d\u2019aquesta iniciativa europea, ja que el transport \u00e9s una de les fonts principals d&#8217;emissions de gasos contaminants. Es calcula que el transport de mercaderies \u00e9s el responsable d&#8217;aproximadament el 40 % de les emissions derivades del transport a l&#8217;\u00e0rea metropolitana. Amb aquest marc de refer\u00e8ncia, el projecte HALLO busca crear centres de distribuci\u00f3 i consolidaci\u00f3 urbana compartits (UCDC) en dues regions diferents d\u2019Europa, una al nord (Estocolm) i l\u2019altra al sud (AMB), aix\u00ed com diverses accions que promouen solucions d\u2019entrega de mercaderies m\u00e9s sostenibles i innovadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas del nostre territori, s\u2019han vinculat al projecte els sis municipis metropolitans subvencionats per l\u2019AMB per promoure projectes de ciclolog\u00edstica municipal. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta relaci\u00f3 \u00e9s aprofitar totes les sinergies possibles entre el HALLO i els processos municipals que estan duent a terme aquests ajuntaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest marc de treball, el centre de recerca CIMNE \u00e9s el responsable d\u2019analitzar la idone\u00eftat de la ubicaci\u00f3 dels punts de consolidaci\u00f3 urbana definits en dos municipis. Una d\u2019aquestes caixes, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, est\u00e0 pensada per distribuir productes refrigerats, i garantir-hi la temperatura adequada \u00e9s un element crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, com a operadora de refer\u00e8ncia, Vanapedal tamb\u00e9 ofereix assessorament als municipis metropolitans en els seus processos embrionaris. Aix\u00ed, en els diferents tallers i visites t\u00e8cniques organitzats durant el projecte, Vanapedal acompanya aquestes sessions i ofereix el seu coneixement i experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal destacar tamb\u00e9 la participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Estocolm al projecte, ja que aquesta ciutat aporta un altre conjunt de proves pilot que faciliten l&#8217;intercanvi de coneixement i resultats entre
