Es tracta d&#8217;un mecanisme que recupera la calor generada en el processament de biog\u00e0s, i la cedeix a la planta d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 de concentrats, que est\u00e0 situada al mateix dip\u00f2sit.<\/p>\n<p>La planta d&#8217;aprofitament energ\u00e8tic de biog\u00e0s funciona de la seg\u00fcent manera: capta aquest compost generat pels residus org\u00e0nics i el processa per generar energia el\u00e8ctrica. <strong>Aquesta energia el\u00e8ctrica \u00e9s produ\u00efda per uns motors de\u00a0cogeneraci\u00f3<\/strong>, que amb el funcionament alhora tamb\u00e9 <strong>desprenen calor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La finalitat del nou sistema instal\u00b7lat a la planta aquest mes de juliol, \u00e9s aprofitar l&#8217;energia t\u00e8rmica i subministrar-la\u00a0a la\u00a0planta d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 de concentrats\u00a0(l\u00edquid que generen els residus) per tal que s&#8217;utilitzi en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;assecament de fangs.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>El sistema recupera la calor generada pels residus org\u00e0nics i el processa per generar energia el\u00e8ctrica<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 ha durat dos mesos i ha consistit en la incorporaci\u00f3 de<strong>\u00a0tres economitzadors de calor<\/strong>, que s&#8217;han col\u00b7locat a la sortida de gasos dels motors de cogeneraci\u00f3 1, 2 i 5 de la planta. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha ampliat la capacitat del circuit de recuperaci\u00f3 de calor.<\/p>\n<p>La mesura forma part del comprom\u00eds de l&#8217;AMB de millora cont\u00ednua i innovaci\u00f3, gestionada a trav\u00e9s del\u00a0<a class=\"noarrow\" title=\"Grup TERSA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tersa.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grup TERSA<\/a>, i t\u00e9 com a objectiu\u00a0<strong>optimitzar l&#8217;aprofitament de recursos<\/strong>\u00a0i augmentar, aix\u00ed, l&#8217;<strong>efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>El biog\u00e0s com a font d&#8217;energia, exemple d&#8217;economia circular<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;antic abocador de la Vall d&#8217;en Joan, al Garraf, encara es troba a la fase final de clausura. Des de l&#8217;inici del proc\u00e9s de la seva restauraci\u00f3 ha comptat\u00a0amb una xarxa de captaci\u00f3 i una planta d&#8217;aprofitament del\u00a0<strong>biog\u00e0s resultant de la descomposici\u00f3 dels residus org\u00e0nics<\/strong>\u00a0que ha estat rebent durant gaireb\u00e9 30 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, de titularitat de l&#8217;<strong>AMB<\/strong>, utilitza el biog\u00e0s, ric en met\u00e0, com a combustible per a la\u00a0<strong>generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;electricitat<\/strong>, que posteriorment es ven a la xarxa.<\/p>\n<p>El 2019, la planta va captar\u00a0<strong>7.729.476 Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0de biog\u00e0s<\/strong>\u00a0i va generar\u00a0<strong>12.954 MWh d&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica 100 % renovable<\/strong>, l&#8217;equivalent al consum de\u00a0<strong>10.000 habitants del territori metropolit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La planta de biog\u00e0s de l&#8217;antic abocador de la Vall d&#8217;en Joan\u00a0disposa d&#8217;un nou sistema d&#8217;aprofitament de calor.
