Aquest esdeveniment \u00e9s un punt de trobada per a professionals del sector de l\u2019hostaleria i la restauraci\u00f3. L\u2019edici\u00f3 d\u2019enguany estava centrada en la sostenibilitat i se sumava a la celebraci\u00f3 de Barcelona, Capital de l\u2019Alimentaci\u00f3 Sostenible 2021. \u00c9s en aquest context que el programa, i concretament la Calcuteca, ha trobat encaix. En aquest marc es va dur a terme la presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019eina a l\u2019estand que hi tenia l\u2019AMB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguint en la mateixa l\u00ednia, el dia 29, el programa Compartim un Futur va participar a la Fira Gust i Terra, celebrada a la rambla de Barcelona. Durant la jornada, l&#8217;equip del Compartim va fer promoci\u00f3 de la Calcuteca per ensenyar als diferents assistents com saber el grau de sostenibilitat de les seves receptes i estudiar maneres de millorar la puntuaci\u00f3.
