Saps d\u2019alg\u00fa que necessiti el cotxe per anar a comprar el pa? I tu, fas servir cada dia el cotxe o la moto? Potser no tens una alternativa prou r\u00e0pida en transport p\u00fablic i decideixes agafar el vehicle privat per poder anar per l\u2019autopista a 100 km\/h i guanyar aix\u00ed 30 minuts de descans &nbsp;al mat\u00ed&#8230; \u00c9s cert que les infraestructures vi\u00e0ries afavoreixen els despla\u00e7aments r\u00e0pids, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 que limiten l\u2019accessibilitat i tenen un elevat impacte ambiental. Si les repensem, poden ser una oportunitat que contribueixi a aconseguir una metr\u00f2polis m\u00e9s inclusiva, oberta i accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant d\u00e8cades, les vies de formig\u00f3 i asfalt&nbsp;han estat sin\u00f2nim de progr\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic i social per fer el territori m\u00e9s accessible i competitiu, tot i que s\u00f3n obres de gran envergadura i monuments de culte a la connectivitat i a la velocitat que el van colonitzant. Les necessitats de despla\u00e7ament s\u2019anaven incrementant al mateix ritme que les infraestructures ocupaven el territori. En un minut podem veure totes les fa\u00e7anes d&#8217;un carrer, un barri d&#8217;edificis alts, un petit bosc, naus industrials&#8230; i passar per sobre un riu. Per\u00f2 si ens atur\u00e9ssim per veure-ho de m\u00e9s a prop, si pogu\u00e9ssim baixar del cotxe i travessar caminant un gran nus viari, encara ens adonar\u00edem de m\u00e9s coses. Podr\u00edem observar carrils buits i carrils plens de vehicles, rotondes, vies ferrovi\u00e0ries, carrils d&#8217;incorporaci\u00f3, entrades i sortides que formen complexos Scalextric de formig\u00f3 a diferents nivells&#8230; i tamb\u00e9 ecosistemes que queden a\u00efllats&nbsp;a causa del pas de les vies que fragmenten el territori i impedeixen que arribem caminant als camps i boscos metropolitans. Podr\u00edem veure que es tracta de vies que tallen el relleu com si fos un past\u00eds, amb l&#8217;aval de la connectivitat i la velocitat, per accedir als assentaments urbans de la manera m\u00e9s directa possible. En definitiva, veur\u00edem vies que formen barreres que abans no existien, unes vies que els carrers de les trames urbanes no poden creuar i que fragmenten les antigues carreteres que connectaven pobles i ciutats. S\u00f3n, a m\u00e9s, vies per les quals no circula el transport p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, estem utilitzant les infraestructures vi\u00e0ries de la manera m\u00e9s adequada i eficient? Es poden comptabilitzar al voltant d\u2019un mili\u00f3 de moviments radials per entrar i sortir de Barcelona a trav\u00e9s de 48 carrils de circulaci\u00f3, i uns 400.000 moviments en sentit perimetral a trav\u00e9s de 20 carrils. S\u00f3n un conjunt d\u2019idees que plantegen, entre altres, parades d\u2019autob\u00fas dins les autopistes, sem\u00e0fors que gestionin puntualment el tr\u00e0nsit, voreres com a balcons que s\u2019obren al paisatge&#8230; i tamb\u00e9 idees que volen definir per on passen els camins, com aconseguir que rieres i altres espais amb diversitat ecol\u00f2gica s\u2019infiltrin per les infraestructures i on es poden localitzar noves places i carrers m\u00e9s c\u00edvics que guanyin pes respecte a les autopistes i, en definitiva, als espais ocupats per vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3n idees i suggeriments que fan possible imaginar-se aquests espais hist\u00f2ricament dedicats nom\u00e9s als cotxes com a punts d\u2019oportunitat per a noves formes
